The Fujifilm X-Pro2 Graphite + Fujinon XF 23mm F2 R system camera has a Hybrid Viewfinder, which can instantly switch between optical and electronic viewfinders, and a new image sensor and processor, which greatly improve the image quality. By combining these features with the extremely high image quality of the Fujinon X-mount lenses and color reproduction technology that the film maker has been developing for over 80 years, the X-Pro2 provides the best results ever for a camera in the X series.
The housing of the X-Pro2 is made out of four pieces of magnesium alloy and each part is locked - to a total of 61 points - making the camera dust proof and splash-proof, and that it even functions at a temperature of -10° C. The camera also has two SD card slots, thus allowing for an even more reliable storage of images.

Advanced Hybrid Multi Viewfinder
The X-Pro2 features both an optical and an electronic viewfinder: optical for a direct look at the subject to be photographed, and electronically to preview settings. The ability to instantly switch between two types of viewfinders was first offered in the X100 in 2011, but the X-Pro2 version is the most hybrid viewfinder so far. The viewfinder features a Multi-Magnification function that automatically adjusts the viewfinder magnification to the used objective and an electronic rangefinder that shows the electronic viewfinder on the optical viewfinder.
CMOS III sensor
The X-Pro2 includes the new 24.3 MP X-Trans CMOS III sensor which uses a unique color filter array to reduce false colors, without that an optical low-pass filter (OLPF) is required for that. By removing the OLPF the dissolving power of FUJINON lenses is maximized, so that images are produced which are comparable to those of a larger sensor with a higher resolution.
AF pixels
About 40 percent of the photo area features fast, precise phase detection AF pixels, which makes that the focus speed when shooting moving subjects has improved a lot. By combining the processing power of the new X Pro Processor with a contrast AF readout which is two times faster than before, the X-Pro2 provides the fastest autofocus performance ever for a camera in the X series. By improving the predictive autofocus algorithm and by increasing the accuracy of the phase detection autofocus information, it is possible to shoot continuously with 8,0fps.
Mechanical Shutter
A faster mechanical shutter provides for additional flexibility for selecting aperture in bright conditions or when shooting with flash in daylight. Although noise and movement usually increase at a faster shutter speed, the X-Pro2 is actually quieter compared with conventional models, thanks to the optimization of major components.
Elegant camera and lens
The camera comes with the Fujinon XF 23mm F2 R WR lens and the LH XF35-2 lens hood that gets the same graphite color as the housing of the X-Pro2 Graphite edition.
